The National Association of
Retired Federal Employees (NARFE) is an organization committed to preserving
federal retirement benefits for all civilian employees, retirees and survivors
by uniting those who dedicated their careers to their nation through federal
service.
NARFE membership
is open to civilians who are eligible or will become eligible to receive a
Federal annuity or survivor annuity from the federal government including:
current Federal employees, retirees, former employees, spouses and surviving
spouses of those eligible to join NARFE. NARFE is the sole organization devoted
exclusively to protecting your present and future retirement benefits.
NARFE Walla Walla
Chapter 237 is in Washington State District I (Eastern - 5th Congressional),
which covers the Blue Mountain areas from Athena, Milton-Freewater, and Weston
in Oregon and from Lowden, Touchet, Wallula, Burbank, Prescott, Waitsburg,
Dayton Dixie, Starbuck, and Pomeroy in Washington.
Meetings are held the FIRST
Thursday of each month at 1:00 PM, except adjourned July and August.
Regular meeting location is Golden West Manufactured Home Park Clubhouse, 1425
Jasper Street, Walla Walla, WA.
June and December meetings are held at a local restaurant. For these
